Ailda Alushi, MBA

Ailda brings forth an extensive 14 year career in financial services with expertise in both accounting and finance. She started her career as senior auditor with KPMG LLP, in their largest banking client Credit Suisse private equity funds. Following KPMG, she was recruited by NorthStar Realty, a public REIT (“Real Estate Investment Trust”), overseeing a CDO portfolio of $1.3b in assets. Subsequently, she joined Morgan Stanley (“MS”) as a Finance Manager in their CFO group analyzing and forecasting real estate private equity funds. Ailda, assisted by a Budapest based MS IT team, built a proprietary system for automation of rolling forward the MS balance sheet. Upon completion of her MBA in Spain, Ailda moved to Miami to work as a Vice President of Asset Management for Lloyd Jones LLC – a real estate private equity investment firm.

Ailda holds an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and a B.S in Accounting from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in New York.

She is passionate about giving back to the community and she serves on two boards:

• Junior Achievement Young Professional Board

• IE Miami Alumni Board

She’s an avid tennis player and yogi and her biggest passion is volunteering. She is fluent in Albanian, Italian, English and working Spanish.

Lanette Bosch

A - Consulting has partnered with Lanette Bosch of BLD Holdings, a single family office and consulting firm. Together in the last two years they have evaluated over $200mm in commercial real estate deals. 

Lanette has over 20 years of capital markets experience. She began her career as a credit analyst for LaSalle Bank in Chicago. Following LaSalle, she joined NatWest Markets as an investment banking associate working with large Fortune 500 clients. Subsequently, she joined Vector Securities, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in the healthcare and life sciences industry, as a Vice President in their institutional equity sales group covering some of the top mutual fund management companies and hedge funds in the country. After the sale of Vector to Prudential Securities, she joined Bank of America Securities, also as a Vice President in their institutional equity sales group. In these roles, Lanette gained extensive experience in equity research, IPO’s, PIPES, and secondary offerings. After moving to Florida in 2004 with her husband, she has been an independent consultant, primarily providing capital raising services. For the last five years, she has focused on procuring equity capital for commercial real estate Sponsors.

She earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and also holds a Florida license in real estate brokerage.
